This double-sided fold-in leaflet, measuring 7″ x 6.375″ (178 X 162mm.), is dated January, 1958, Form no. 124. It shows a Model 750C Ukelele pickup in a photo of the Hawaiian singer and Hula dancer Momikai (Momi Kai), who performed in the Hawaiian Room in New York’s Lexington Hotel through the ’30s, ’40s and early ’50s, a period when that genre of music was very popular. ‘Para.’ is printed beside the date on this leaflet, indicating that it was printed by Paramount Printing, based in Toledo.
